portant="" white-space:="" normal="" orphans:="" 2="" widows:="" 2="" background-color:="" rgb="" 255="" 255="" 255="" font-variant-ligatures:="" normal="" font-variant-caps:="" normal="" -webkit-text-stroke-width:="" 0px="" text-decoration-style:="" initial="" text-decoration-color:="" initial="">　　工作原理感應(yīng)爐內(nèi)吹入氬氣精煉過程是在鋼液熔清后．進(jìn)行預(yù)脫氧完成后，取樣分析后，將高純度氬氣通過安裝在爐子底部的氣體擴(kuò)散器導(dǎo)入鋼液，當(dāng)氬氣通過氣體擴(kuò)散器后，因分散度較高，形成了具有較大上升速度的微小氣泡流，無數(shù)的氣泡通過鋼液將會(huì)產(chǎn)生精煉作用。鋼液內(nèi)部每個(gè)氬氣泡就是一個(gè)小的”真空室“，在氬氣泡里不合H、O、N等氣體．也就是說氬氣泡里面這些氣體的分壓力等于零。當(dāng)分壓力變很高的氬氣泡，穿過鋼液時(shí)，呈溶解狀態(tài)存在的【H】【O】【N】和非溶解狀態(tài)存在的c0等均會(huì)自動(dòng)地進(jìn)入氬氣泡內(nèi)，并隨著氣泡上升而溢出．從而達(dá)到脫氣的目的。
