 馬氏體: 對固態(tài)的鐵基合金(鋼鐵及其他鐵基合金)以及非鐵金屬及合金而言,是無擴散的共格切變型相轉(zhuǎn)變,即馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變的產(chǎn)物。就鐵基合金而言,是過冷奧氏體發(fā)生無擴散的共格切變型相轉(zhuǎn)變即馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變所形成的產(chǎn)物。鐵基合金中常見的馬氏體,就其本質(zhì)而言,是碳和(或)合金元素在α鐵中的過飽和固溶體。就鐵-碳二元合金而言,是碳在α鐵中的過飽和固溶體。

 鐵素體: 鐵或其內(nèi)固溶有一種或數(shù)種其他元素所形成的晶體點陣為體心立方的固溶體。

  奧氏體:鐵內(nèi)固溶有碳和(或)其他元素的、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)為面心立方的固溶體。

  雙相不銹鋼:所謂雙相不銹鋼是在其固溶組織中鐵素體相與奧氏體相約各占一半,一般量少相的含量也需要達到30%。在含C較低的情況下,Cr含量在18%~28%,Ni含量在3%~10%。有些鋼還含有Mo、Cu、Nb、Ti,N等合金元素。該類鋼兼有奧氏體和鐵素體不銹鋼的特點,與鐵素體相比,塑性、韌性更高,無室溫脆性,耐晶間腐蝕性能和焊接性能均顯著提高,同時還保持有鐵素體不銹鋼的475℃脆性以及導熱系數(shù)高,具有超塑性等特點。與奧氏體不銹鋼相比,強度高且耐晶間腐蝕和耐氯化物應(yīng)力腐蝕有明顯提高。雙相不銹鋼具有優(yōu)良的耐孔蝕性能,也是一種節(jié)鎳不銹鋼。
